Practice – LFC

There is an old Quaker practice of using questions (Queries) to examine our faith and life. We offer the following questions for you to ask of yourself and God as you lead an examined life.

Worship

“Do I worship God for who He is and what He has done for me?

Bible Study

“Do I read the bible to know God, the truth, and to find direction for my daily life?”

Prayer

“Do I pray to God to know Him, to lay my request before Him and to find direction for my daily life?”

Single-Mindedness

“Do I focus on God and His priorities for my life?”

Spiritual Gifts

“Do I use my spiritual gifts to accomplish God’s purposes?”

Biblical Community

“Do I fellowship with other Christians to accomplish God’s purposes in my life, others’ lives, and in the world?”

Giving Time

“Do I give away my time to fulfill God’s purposes?”

Giving Money

“Do I give away my money to fulfill God’s purposes?”

Giving Faith

“Do I give away my faith to fulfill God’s purposes?”

Giving Life

“Do I give away my life to fulfill God’s purposes?”
