Join Master Ken Barringer as he teaches Tae Kwan Do and Hapkido each Monday and Thursday night, from 6:00-7:45. This is a fun and safe way to work on fitness, balance, self confidence, and join others who want to do the same. These classes are free and open to the public. If you want to try it out, simply show up in clothes appropriate for a work out and prepare to sweat. The break down of times is as follows: Beginners 6pm – 6:30pm Advanced Class 6:30pm-7:45pm.
